We do not use your information for any other purpose without your prior consent, unless permitted or required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
3. Consent
By placing an order or submitting a form, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the stated purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, subject to applicable legal or contractual obligations. Withdrawing your consent may prevent us from following up on your request.

Some of our service providers store or process information outside Québec, including in the United States. Before any such disclosure, we assess whether the information will receive adequate protection, and we limit the information shared to what is strictly necessary. Your information may then be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The site does not use any analytics, audience-measurement or advertising cookies. The contents of your cart are saved in your browser’s local storage, on your device, so they are kept between visits; they are only sent to us when you check out. The checkout page is operated by Square and governed by its own privacy policy.
7. Retention and destruction
- Orders and billing records: for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
- Unsuccessful applications and partnership requests: 24 months from receipt.

If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the affected individuals and the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, as required by law.
